Truffle Ketchup

The classic sauce revisited with a dash of Truffle. Great to garnish grilled meats and with fried potatoes as a dip or as a spread.

INGREDIENTI
Ketchup 95,4% (tomato concentrate 50%, water, sugar, wine vinegar, salt, natural flavourings, thickeners: xanthangum and guargum), summer truffle 3% ( Tuber Aestivum Vitt%), salt, flavouring. Acidifier: lactic acid.
