Truffle Ketchup

The classic sauce revisited with a dash of Truffle. Great to garnish grilled meats and with fried potatoes as a dip or as a spread.

INGREDIENTS
Ketchup 95.4% (tomato concentrate 50%, water, sugar, wine vinegar, salt, natural flavourings, thickeners: xanthan gum and guar gum), summer truffle 3% (Tuber aestivum Vitt.), salt, flavouring. Acidifier: lactic acid.
